Context

Since December 2019, a Sars-CoV-2 Coronavirus pandemic, causing COVID-19 disease, has spread from China to virtually every country in the world. In 3 months, at the end of March, there were more than 25,000 deaths worldwide, particularly in the main sources of contamination; Asian countries (China, Korea) and European countries (Italy, France, Spain). Very quickly, the first cases of coronavirus infection were identified in several African countries and in South America. The epidemic could cost thousands, if not millions, of lives in poor countries and severely affect social and economic development.
