WARANKA - GR

NGO presentation : 

WARANKA – GR association, founded in May 2004, aims to actively contribute to the development of Guinaw Rail Nord, a neighborhood in the suburbs of Dakar, Senegal. Its name is an acronym for “Valoriser et Améliorer les Ressources et l’Environnement des Quartiers de Guinaw Rail Nord”. Among its initiatives, the association has created the “La Grande Royale” school and a community health center. WARANKA – GR also offers training courses for children and adults, as well as awareness-raising activities on water and hygiene, the environment and health.
