Indicators on expected results
How to describe in an operational, clear and precise manner, the objectives and the results of a project in terms of quantity and quality for a target group, with indication of time and place. The indicators are formulated so as to be objectively verifiable in order to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation stages of a project.

Assumptions and risks on expected results
How to describe the conditions that are important for the success of a project but that the project cannot control : what are the external factors over which the intervention has no influence and which can hinder the achievement of results, objectives and ultimately the realization of a project ?
It is also a question of specifying the level of risk of realization of the external factors (low, medium, high risk) and why are these risks evaluated at these levels : what actions are implemented to minimize the risks as much as possible ?
