The beneficiaries of PADEM’s projects are primarly children, adolescents, women, elderly perople, and their families. More broadly, anyone in situation of extreme poverty is included in the projects. By targeting the most vulnerable, PADEM ensures that its activities are impactful and sustainable, addressing the fundamental needs of all communities.

The sustainability of projects is considered from the moment they are identified, ensuring that activities continue beyond the project’s duration. This approach avoids dependency and promotes empowerment, as well as capacity building for the beneficiaries.
