NGO presentation : 

PALM (Participatory Action & Learning Methodologies) Foundation is a Sri Lankan association which, for over 25 years, has been implementing holistic development programs for people living on tea plantations in central Sri Lanka, as well as in neighboring remote villages. In order to empower and strengthen communities, PALM Foundation projects are implemented through a participatory approach and the creation of community-based organizations.
